1. INTRODUCTION
AIDA is a technology company specializing in the development and application of artificial intelligence to enhance customer experience.

This Code of Ethics and Conduct establishes the principles and guidelines that should govern the behavior of AIDA’s employees, managers, suppliers, and partners. It reflects our commitment to integrity, transparency, respect, and responsibility in all our actions.

2. FUNDAMENTAL PRINCIPLES

3.3 ANTI-HARASSMENT

  • Do not tolerate any form of harassment, whether sexual, moral, or otherwise.

  • Immediately report any inappropriate behavior to managers or the compliance department.

4. COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS AND REGULATIONS

4.1 APPLICABLE LAW

  • Comply with all local, national, and international laws and regulations applicable to our operations.

  • Respect human rights and ethical principles in all activities.

4.2 PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION

  • Protect the privacy and confidentiality of personal and business data.

  • Comply with the General Data Protection Law (LGPD) and other relevant regulations.

5. CONFLICTS OF INTEREST

5.1 IDENTIFICATION AND DISCLOSURE

  • Identify and avoid situations that could create conflicts of interest.

  • Immediately disclose any potential conflicts of interest to managers or the compliance department.

5.2 DECISION-MAKING

  • Make decisions based on the best interest of AIDA, avoiding undue personal or external influence.

6. USE OF COMPANY RESOURCES AND PROPERTY

6.1 COMPANY RESOURCES

  • Use AIDA’s resources and property responsibly and efficiently.

  • Protect company assets against loss, theft, or misuse.

6.2 INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  • Respect and protect AIDA’s intellectual property, including patents, trademarks, trade secrets, and copyrights.

7. RELATIONS WITH CLIENTS AND SUPPLIERS

  • Serve our clients with professionalism, respect, and efficiency.

  • Provide high-quality products and services, honoring agreed commitments.

7.2 SUPPLIERS AND PARTNERS

  • Select suppliers and partners based on fair and transparent criteria.

  • Maintain business relationships based on integrity and mutual respect.

8. SUSTAINABILITY AND SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY

8.1 SUSTAINABILITY

  • Promote sustainable and environmentally responsible business practices.

  • Minimize the environmental impact of our operations and products.

8.2 SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY

  • Contribute to the well-being of the communities where we operate.

9. TRAINING AND AWARENESS

  • Participate in regular training programs on ethics, compliance, and company policies.

  • Contribute to collective awareness regarding AIDA’s ethical and conduct principles.

10. REPORTING VIOLATIONS

10.1 REPORTING CHANNEL

  • Immediately report any violations of this Code of Ethics and Conduct to managers or the compliance department.

  • Reports may be made anonymously, and all will be investigated confidentially and impartially.

10.2 WHISTLEBLOWER PROTECTION

  • Ensure that no employee reporting a violation suffers retaliation or reprisal.

11. REVIEW AND UPDATE OF THE CODE

  • This Code of Ethics and Conduct will be periodically reviewed to ensure its relevance and effectiveness. Updates will be communicated to all employees and stakeholders.

12. FINAL PROVISIONS

  • This document should be read and interpreted under Brazilian law, in Portuguese, in conjunction with other applicable norms and procedures.

  • Any improper, unlawful, unauthorized, or actions contrary to this Code or other AIDA policies and procedures will be considered violations and subject to sanctions provided in the General Regulations, service contracts, employment contracts, and other institutional rules.
