1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using AIDA’s services, you acknowledge that you are acting on behalf of an organization or company and fully agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services. AIDA’s services are intended exclusively for companies and organizations and are not applicable to individual end users.
2. Description of Services
AIDA is a Brazilian generative artificial intelligence platform that helps companies understand the Voice of the Customer through automated analysis and data-driven insight generation.
Our main services include:

Intelligent Classification: Automated identification of contact reasons based on AI-generated reason trees.

Customer Experience Analysis: Generation of reliable indicators for resolution, satisfaction, and risk.

Quality Monitoring: Expansion of interaction evaluation to increase data reliability and enable customized analyses.

Reputation Monitoring: Detection of sensitive topics in interactions and other sources, such as Reclame Aqui, to protect corporate reputation.

Prompt Personalization: Platform adaptation to each client’s specific needs for problem resolution and process optimization.
These services are provided exclusively for corporate purposes and operate under contracts executed between AIDA and its clients.
3. Proper Use of Services
Corporate clients agree to use AIDA’s services responsibly, solely for legal purposes, and in compliance with applicable regulations.
The following are strictly prohibited:

Violating AIDA’s or third parties’ intellectual property rights.

Manipulating or exploiting the services in a way that compromises their security, functionality, or integrity.

Using the services for fraudulent, illegal activities or beyond the contractual scope.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, technologies, trademarks, and other intellectual property related to AIDA’s services are the exclusive property of the company or its licensors. Use of these materials is limited to what is expressly authorized in the contract or with prior written consent.
5. Data Privacy
AIDA processes data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable laws, such as the LGPD. By using our services, corporate clients consent to the collection, storage, and use of data as described in the policy and in the executed contract.
6. Limitation of Liability
AIDA’s responsibilities, as well as guarantees and service levels (SLAs), are defined exclusively in the contracts executed with each client.
7. Changes to the Terms
AIDA reserves the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon publication on the official website, unless otherwise specified in the contract. Clients are encouraged to review this page periodically to stay informed.
8. Termination of Use
AIDA may suspend or terminate access to the services in case of violation of these Terms of Service or previously established contractual conditions.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes will be resolved as stipulated in the executed contracts or, in the absence of a specific clause, in the courts of São Paulo/SP.
